You do know that schollys are just 1 year and need to be renewed right? Fill the roster and figure out who stays and goes the following year.

Ehh. For kids that are not significant contributors but are not *****-ups either I believe UM (and other schools) will honor the scholarship until the kid graduates or his eligibility is up. It Would put the school in a bad light if it is known as revoking kids scholarships after a year or two.
