Hope to see a big crowd, this team deserves the support from everyone. NO ******* excuses, get ur lazy asses up early nd get out there.

The tailgating has been awesome so far this year. I just don't get it, theres nothing i'd rather do on saturdays in the fall then be out there getting completely trashed and supporting The U.

Every time we make an excuse for a big crowd, or a better than expected crowd, I'm disappointed on game day. I hope we draw big given the excitement surrounding this week. God knows the kids deserve it. Sadly, I think we'll come away disappointed.

5,452 tickets left. So they'll announce a crowd over 60,000 (capacity is 65,000 with the tarps). It sure would be nice to get at least 55,000 butts in the seats.

That number is actually supposed to be a tarps off sellout. Hard for me to believe. Guess I'll have to see it.

You'll never "see" it because the sellout doesn't mean a full stadium. It means they have distributed all the tickets. I wish they would announce two numbers; the one they announce now, and the turnstile count.

If we lose to FSU, I still think we get a good crowd for Vtech. I could see 60k+ EASILY. Lets be real here, the FSU means nothing as it pertains to the ACC Coastal. We could lose to FSU and still go to the ACC Championship game. Vtech is the important game. The FSU game is just for our pride. We could easily play those clowns again if we win that next weekend.

You're right. I never noticed that when they start the countdown, it starts at 76,000, not 65,000. 5,265 left, and Hurns should never be allowed to "dance" near a camera again.

VT travels well though so that makes up for the ******s who stay at home if we lose to FSU.

This site is schizophrenic about times and attendance, but to my watchful eye, night games on Saturday have always done better for attendance. If we beat FSU, a night game vs VT might be pretty epic.

It would be the biggest game for this program in nearly a decade.
