Samson and a few other guys already committed to the staff, but Mario has them hold off announcing to keep momentum going.

Awesome. Any clues on which other guys? Seems like for the most part anyone who moves their commitment date around on a whim is ours (except Jalen Brown).Brad Tejada just now on a space:

Not saying it’s not true but getting those guys on board creates more momentum than having them space it outBrad Tejada just now on a space:

In the past I likely would have called BS on this “silent” stuff, but it actually would make a lot of sense with the way most of these commitments are playing out.Brad Tejada just now on a space:

One of our insiders, my apologies to @DMoney, @Cribby for not remembering who it is, has said that Okunlola is the #1 rated prospect on the UM recruiting board. A board which is comprised of the best experts on the subject; actual coaches whose livelihoods depend on getting these things right and who are considered the best in the business; HC, OC/WR, RB, TE and OL coaches are all the best, not to mention the DB coach, and big-time DL and LB coaches. Not to mention a fill time personnel evaluator who was good enough to do this for a living in the NFL.
If our staff or recruiters say that Okunlola is the best player then he is the best player.
I don’t know about how rest of you, but when I want to know the best restaurant, I want a chef to tell me. Not some food critic who can’t hack it as a chef. Ask me who is the greatest rock guitarist of all time and I go with Hendrix because so do all the rock guitarists.
Who gives a **** what some writer thinks.
When the best in the business say Okunlola is the best you leave it at that and stop debating about what a 22 year old who was too slow, fat and short to ever play football after Pop Warner thinks. Gary Ferman works for On3. You think that sloppy MF ever played a down of serious football? Give the star rating a rest.
And one more perspective. 4 stars likely cost less in NIL money than 5 stars. High rated 4 stars are the best return on money.

I can definitely feel the momentum. Every week consistently generating buzz is huge. We're constantly in these recruits minds. Not saying it’s not true but getting those guys on board creates more momentum than having them space it out
I was surprised to hear it, but I have no clue if it’s a thing or not.Not saying it’s not true but getting those guys on board creates more momentum than having them space it out
I was waiting for someone to ask him… nobody did.Awesome. Any clues on which other guys? Seems like for the most part anyone who moves their commitment date around on a whim is ours (except Jalen Brown).
He could definitely be drawing out the OL targets specifically to time it best for Baxter.

Mario may have it more under control than we used to for sure haha but I would not be telling a 5 star OT to “hold off”I was surprised to hear it, but I have no clue if it’s a thing or not.

Mario still doesn’t have a staff so I think it’s warrantedPatience has never been our strong suit.
Not really. U can minimize the dead spots to keep momentum going by having a player commit every 3 or 4 days. Our social media is very active and who knows what impact it has on recruiting. Its killing the instate competition for sure. Not saying it’s not true but getting those guys on board creates more momentum than having them space it out
He's getting our fans addicted too haha. The past several years I checked CIS once per month. Now I'm checking 20 times a day.Mario may have it more under control than we used to for sure haha but I would not be telling a 5 star OT to “hold off”
So Brad spilled the beans.....get ready for stars to drop.......Brad Tejada just now on a space:
