Atlanta Woodward Academy safety Blake Stewart has three official visits lined up already this summer. Stewart will go to SMU (May 2-4), Clemson(May 30-June 1) and Miami (June 13-15).
Other programs remain in the mix for Stewart that are likely to receive spring visits before finalizing official visits, including in-state Georgia and Michigan.
Buford (Ga.) four-star safety NassirMcCoy has official visits lined up with Miami, Oregon, Ohio State, USC and Georgia. He'll take all five trips and then look at potentially had one or two more.
Before all that, he has spring unofficial visits set, including Missouri, Michigan, LSU, Georgia, Ohio State and Texas. McCoy said that he would see how a few of those trips go and that will factor into him adding any officials.
He added that Ohio State and Georgia are the two at the top right now heading into the visit schedule. McCoy has great relationships at both schools.
Buford (Ga.) athlete Tyriq Green played strictly defense from what I watched this weekend. He's a smooth, cerebral safety who could play safety or nickel. He doesn't have an official public leader, but for the second time in two interviews with Dawgs247, he's said the relationship and feel at Georgia goes beyond anywhere else recruiting him. You can thank co-defensive coordinator Travaris Robinson for that. Green doesn't have his official visit dates lined up yet. If I were picking right now, my pick would be Georgia. But Ohio State, Miami, Tennessee and USC will also receive official visits.
