Sad News: Bernie Kosar Arrested DUI

Not sure how much of a "good guy" someone is who will take the lives of everyone on the road in their drunken hands. Especially when y ou can pick up the phone and have a taxi.

I feel even less sympathy for current players, all members of the NFLPA can flip their membership card over and have a free ride home 24/7.

Was he proven guilty already? Or are you one of those dudes who just assumes everything a cop says is true?
 
Sad isnt the word that describe Kosar being arrested for DUI..... Expected is a better word.

Yea you are right, the cops are out to get Bernie.

We aren't in a court so I can think whatever I want get over yourself Counselor.
 
If your brain was scrambled eggs from decades of football beatings you'd like alcohol quite a bit as well.
Guys like Bernie played in an era most young guys couldn't imagine.
Nowadays if you go near a qb it's a flag.
Back in Bernie's day getting your bell rung was an every game occurrence.

Wish he hadn't opted out of the players' lawsuit against the NFL. Bernie's the poster child for concussion awareness.

Cool your jets, champ. I never said the cops were out to get Bernie. If you're a cop and pull over a dude who speaks like Bernie speaks your first inclination would be that he's been drinking. Maybe he was drinking. I don't know what happened, and you're certainly entitled to make whatever idiotic assumptions you want to make and to pile on one of our all-time greats without giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Question guys: Should Da U take it upon themselves to look after/take care of Bernie, like Texas has in the case of Earl Campbell?
