IDK man, I remember when KB got Bruce, Richards, and Mullins to verbally commit during Golden's last year, CIS went wild. In fact, when Richt took over, those guys wanted him to retain KB. When Richt didn't, and he hired Dugans, Dugans had to recruit them all over again.
