Just weird what some people associate with "manliness". They talk of the old days but really refer to recent history. In the really old days men were the primary wearers of make-up and flashy clothing. ****, even high heels were originally a male thing. Thing change over time, and all that stuff is just superficial nonsense. A "womanly" trait in modern times has been how they always have too many shoes and men are more practical and simple. Meanwhile you've got these self proclaimed manly men with their collection of 100+ different sneakers that they fawn over.
