Ryan Tannihill is back to him old self again

Gates got to draft a QB in this upcoming to come a challenge tho guy, just when you think he has changed the corner he's hurting with his dumb plays. No wonder the Big O loves calling him Tannikill the team has been the red zone four times, but to come away with 0/4 points and turned it over two times and 2 missed FGs.

First int wasn't his fault. Threw a beautiful deep ball that was yanked away from Parker. Doubt you watched the game though. Just look at stats.

Defense lost the game as much as anything. Once we went down 14, it turned Fins into a one dimensional team...Stifler couldn't manage.

Tannehill didn't have a great game but nobody on the team did today. He's been playing good ball this season thiugh and saved us a few games. Tannehill isn't an elite QB but there's nobody in the draft that's better right now or in free agency. He'd be an upgrade to most teams in the league

Tannehill is good when isn't forced to be a volume passer. He's is 25-30max attempt guy. When you are trending beyond 30 attempts in a game it's going to end badly.

I think he's made strides this year as a play maker but I do agree that someone needs to come in a challenge this guy. Truth be told he's never actually won the job. He was beat out by Gerard who got hurt and ever since then the job has been his.

Still kneeling during the National Anthem? Check. Still not giving a crap about the Dolphins? Check.

Im sure that bothers them so much

It appears that is has bothered the NFL as a whole:

Poll: NFL Ratings Down Due To National Anthem Protests « CBS Boston

So when the salary cap stays the same or decreases due to advertising revenue shortfalls, I'm sure guys like Kenny Stills will be so loved by his Teammates!

lmao...NFL ratings are down because:
-People are starting to get slightly bored and annoyed with the huge decrease of big hits.
-It's an election year so most of america was less focused on sports all around for most of the season, and payed more attention to the presidency.
-People are still upset since last year, about referee's making the game longer and calling ridiculous penalties that kill the action/momentum.

I will also add that the Poll is ridiculous because it asks the opinion of the wrong people. They asked 800 citizens "what factors do you THINK contributed to people not watching football?", contrary to asking 800 people, who actually stopped watching the sport themselves (or not as much)...ask them what made them lose interest or cause this.

Remember, once you go off the reservation, it gets easier not tp care; you fill your time with other pursuits or focus on your other teams, i.e. the 'Canes.

Forbes Welcome

This guy seems to agree with you...Make sure to look at his comments section:

For the last time: Kaepernick isn't why NFL TV ratings went down. | Sports on Earth

This explanation shows this guy hasn't a clue what a lot of veterans think:

"But the idea that Kaepernick's protest is focused specifically at the military is not only incorrect -- Kaepernick has in fact worked with veteran's groups during the protest -- but also betrays an oddly single-minded view about what America in fact is."

Lot's of different kinds of veterans groups: I still remember the letter I got from Vietnam Veterans against the War, Anti-Imperialist while I was in the First Gulf War. It told me I was a stupid stooge. Yeah, real comforting.

I'm tired of field goals.. They need to close the distance between the uprights by 8 feet. Would make a much more interesting game instead of having a person that weighs 170 lbs and plays for 4 plays, win a game.. It would make teams take more chances on 4th down.

Also the trash national games.

I love Kenny Stills and Kapernick. Why would you stand for a song about killing your forefathers. Isaiah 63:1-19. I can't wait until that happens.

Tannehill had one bad game in like a 8 game stretch.

Gets a Post made about it of course.

Bounced back today played very good.

Now he is done for the year, and IMO so are the Phins playoff hopes.

The jets are awful so they win that one, but 9-7 not getting in the playoffs in the AFC.

Tannehill is no Marino, but is a very good QB. Those saying otherwise or poking fun are the dip *****.
3 TD passes before he went down yesterday.

It looks to only be a sprain now, so he may not be done for the season. The kid is as tough a QB thats in the league.
Maybe Moore can put up some numbers? I hope he can.
Maybe make a run? Not counting on it, but I can hope.

Tannehill haters......GFY

While i agree Tannehill has struggled more than i prefer at times, i struggle supporting fans who can't even get people's names correct. How can i trust your breakdown of offensive game tape and the idea of being a legit, informed fan when you call the coach Gates. It's Gase. It's all in the details my man.....

Part of the struggles are on Tannehill. Part is on the Oline. Part is on Gase and the playcalling. The offense has felt disconnected all year. I'll be interested to see how Moore does for the next few weeks.

Tannehill last 8 games:

7-1 record
69% completion percentage
Over 1,300 yards passing
13 TDs
102.3 QB rating

Playing like an elite QB lately

He's played well enough but elite? Of those 8 games only two were against teams at .500 or better, and one of those he threw 3 ints in a blowout loss...last 8 teams with a combined record of 40-62-1. Not complaining, I'll take all the wins we can get but the schedule has definitely put the Phins in a good position. Granted all NFL games should be tough but it sucks seeing us squeak out a last second win by coming alive in the last 4 minutes vs LA then seeing ATL go to LA and hang 42 in less than 3 quarters without Julio or Sanu.

Rumor is the Bills will start Cardale Jones vs Miami in two weeks. Miami will be facing two rookie qb's the next two weeks if so.
