Russell Athletic Bowl: Miami vs 16 West Virginia

How do we match up with WVU? Haven't seen them play all year?

I've been to a few WVU games this year (including yesterday against Baylor). The running game IMO is where they can hurt you the most. They've got a nice group of RBs that all get some carries , and even their QB runs quite a bit.

They're 10-2 for a reason, but I do think they're pretty beatable - especially if Skyler Howard is as inaccurate as he was yesterday

Haven't seen them play but doesn't their HC run a wide open passing attack? If so that's bad for us, our weakness is our secondary.

Their QB sucks. We should be able to force mistakes if we can put pressure on him. They can run the ball pretty well though. Defense gives up a ton of yards. It's a winnable game but we'll need to show up and not dig a huge hole for ourselves in the first half.

We did a lot of public campaigning. The benefits for recruiting; the location being the best highlight. Now we have to put together one of our best post season practices and get a win. The pressure is on. I love it!!!

West Virginia stood No. 16 in this week’s CFP rankings, the lowest-positioned two-loss team from a Power 5 league, and stuck behind four three-loss teams and No. 14 Auburn (8-4).
Hmmm

Really good offense. Defense better be ready to play.
Their offense stinks. I take it you don't watch college football but just assume they have a great offense because Hologram is their coach.

I haven't seen them play this year, but I know they averaged around 33. Holgersen has a reputation as an offensive wunderkind. He did get Clemson to hire Venables.
