Mesidor has seven more career sacks and double the career tackles than he does. Yes, he's older, but with injury likely hasn't played a crazy amount of additional snaps.

Part of having a great team is getting your 6th or 7th round draft picks to return for another year. Having GREAT players is a completely different topic.

I do think he's got a point. We don't have to be homers 100% of the time up in here.

There's enough tape on Mesidor for scouts to project his draft grade. He was miscast as a DT for most of 2024, and is likely banking on playing full time at DE.

Bain and his bad body should have been moved to DT instead but I'm sure politics played a role in the decision to keep him at DE despite the lack of production.

So Ward should be a 5th round pick this year by your moronic logic
