Rumph started following JC Jackson

I think many of you are confusing depth by way of living breathing humans with depth provided by quality talent.

There may be x amount of OL or CBs, but many aren't worth a squirt of ****.

One should have learned from the last 10 years that quantity and quality are not the same thing.

We could us transfers at OL, CB, WR, and even LB, we can't count on all three Freshman linebackers as depth. If they've been here a year or two fine but we can't use all three freshmen because after them I believe there's a huge lack in talent

If we're serious about Jackson, he should not be that difficult to find and contact. His attorney stated that they would be reaching out to schools and that was months ago. He played an abbreviated season at a community college in California last fall.

These are problems UM does not need. I would be stunned if Mark Richt allowed Jackson anywhere near UM.

Agree. Wasn't UGA's program known for being relatively arrest free during Richt's tenure? For sure they are examples, but nothing like the program Meyer ran at UF and others like.

Let Richt bring in the recruits that fit his vision and not fill a "urgent need" on just a body to fill the gap, let alone a low character arrival.

Jackson is hardly just a body he was a UA. If he was just a body we wouldn't be reaching out to him with a past like his.
I say sign him up!!!

UGA had the 3rd most players nationally over the last 5 years and they tied for 1st in the SEC with 22 players.

So it seems coach Richt is good Christian that loads his teams with players that need a little Jesus in their lives.

I stand corrected. I honestly would have thought the opposite. Well then, why stop at Jackson? Does Willie Williams or Aaron Hernandez have any eligibility left?

I am thinking more like DT Travonte Valentine, who is currently at his 2nd Juco trying to find a FBS program. He was dropped by his 1st juco during the fall because he got arrested for fitting but the charges were dropped and he was dismissed by the JUCO. Now he is at a Juco in Mississippi.

We could use a couple extra players such as a DT and a CB....hopefully we can find some quality.....

Hmmm interesting

We don't need a DT right now ******. CB and OL

we have oline depth. i don't understand why people think miami doesn't they signed 6 guys in the 15 class. oline depth is fine. so is cb depth. now its unproven and y oung at cb but the depth there is ok its why no mentino by richt the one position with depth issue is wr.

dt is ok but could of used more then 1 in this class. but oline depth is fine. **** 10 guys played and 10 guys return from last year on oline. u have bar milo who rs coming back and tre johnson added to that. miami has oline depth. i don't understand why people are so up in arms about it.

yes the oline played poorly but they are full of guys gonna just be jrs. and reshirt sophmores or freshman. its a young oline that wasn't used or coached properly . that will change. the oline should be much improved this year.

Stupid *** post and stupid *** argument. We have bled talent at every position for YEARS. We need players at every single level of every position, most glaringly on the lines and at corner. You know...the money positions. What's the worst that happens, in your mind? We get a good late add and have to kick Brendan Loftus out?

i am just stating a fact. miami has some highly rated ol guys. dt not so much but talent is there. cb is young very young but have depth. i can see us going for a graduate guy at cb so u don't have to rely on guys who haven't played but oline should improve with good coaching.

this team had poor discipline and was horribly coached and it showed on oline the most.

I'm not comfortable with the tackle situation.

i can understand that. but we haven't see milo get a shot or st louis really, darling to me is better at rt. id of perfered to get more ol in signing class but id rather not take a reach thats some 2 star to fill a spot. the top guys weren't coming. so lets hope coach searles can get these guys mcdermott, darling, st louis and milo to play up to there ratings and solidify our oline.

i still think kc mcdermott will be much better this year then last. he flashed as a freshman and just wasn't same after acl surgery.
