When your entire argument is centered around "The impossible can happen" , your argument is complete nonsense. There are people that jump from 5th story windows and survive, doesn't mean I'm going to bet my house on me surviving a fall.
Ruiz may be a billionaire, he may have found success, but I have almost 100 years of precedent, cost estimates, and elementary logic on my side. Which one carries more weight? You really think that the residents of Coral Gables, that are wealthy on their own, that have shown the ability to marshal political muscle on multiple proposals will tolerate a 50,000 seat stadium to be built near them? Yep, makes sense. Building at Trop Park is an option, but not a great one. It's still off campus, it's still a logistical nightmare, it's still going to require someone to put up hundreds of millions if not well over a billion.
