Since I'm from Canada, saw this recently. Robert Marve has been signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the CFL. Personally I think the Canadian game suits his skills set really well. Big arm and athletic but not overly accurate or consistent.

Mine was just a joke. I personally think we would have been no worse off long term had Corch opted for him over Japicky. We would probably have still sucked but no worse off.

I agree with this. The 2 qb system was the one of the worst things I ever saw (almost as bad as our defense the last 2 years). Neither qb could ever get into any kind of rythem.

Marve seemed to regress throughout 08(after that attempted comeback against UNC when Kayne dropped the game winning td which turned into a pic)... It didn't help he kept getting in trouble... Jacory was the better player due to his focus as a true freshman... Marve wasn't focus at all and just went in the tank... Too be honest, he didn't become focus until his 6th season... I felt that no one in his circle was honest with him until it was late... He should have started here and put up big numbers but he took his opportunity for granted...

Ahhhhh, good point. I forgot about that. I should have saved some hate that I generally spew toward Kyle Wrong for Bobby Broken Mirrors. Nonetheless, I think he would have sucked less than Japicky but it hurts my head to even try to quantify how much less as we'd still have sucked overall.
