I'm surprised MSN permitted that link on their site, but I also don't claim to be an algorithm expert. If you look deeper at the source and the author, you'll likely arrive at the conclusion that they don't understand what a commitment really is as it applies to CFB recruits. Some of the quotes and factoids are from months ago. Most likely it's yet another one of these made-in-moms-basement sports websites that seem to be multiplying by the dozen.

Like especially that last paragraph... "with that, he also deserves the top athletes in his team." is not even a sentence and I am unsure what they are trying to say. My guess is this author is looking at the instagram post from Spiegelman that was recruit reaction and the only 3 recruits quoted are Portis, Wright, and Arnoux. But it was just quotes, not commitments.

You may want to update the title and OP to indicate that article claims Spiegelman reported that they committed. At this point, there's no evidence Spiegelman actually reported this.
