I'm surprised MSN permitted that link on their site, but I also don't claim to be an algorithm expert. If you look deeper at the source and the author, you'll likely arrive at the conclusion that they don't understand what a commitment really is as it applies to CFB recruits. Some of the quotes and factoids are from months ago. Most likely it's yet another one of these made-in-moms-basement sports websites that seem to be multiplying by the dozen.Story was kinda random source, see link https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/other/miami-hurricanes-steal-3-recruits-from-rivals-despite-failing-to-gain-5-star-dj-pickett-s-commitment/ar-AA1t8Zbo#:~:text=Although the Hurricanes have yet to hear from,Arnoux have joined Miami following their recent victory. If I violated CIS policy by posting story link. Please delete.
Hope the guy is not from the future. Are we in the matrix
I saw same. It's confusing as to who and what
Fack…The script was released too soon
“Don’t know his name, but there’s a man out backSuper weird... Not you for posting just the article. But the article is weird. The author is SUMITA RAVINDRA PAWAR and portions of it I feel like ChatGPT wrote it with weird punctuation and sentence structure a few snippets:
The article is titled: "
Miami Hurricanes Steal 3 Recruits from Rivals Despite Failing to Gain 5-Star DJ Pickett’s Commitment"
Then here are the quick hitters:
- Wait! Five-star LSU commit DJ Pickett was supposed to be there in the stadium on October 26th and witness the Miami win. But he did not show up! Did he ditch Hurricanes? According to Izubee Charles from On3 Recruits, he missed the game because “it was his senior homecoming.” Although the Hurricanes have yet to hear from Pickett, they received three new commitments. National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman confirmed that former Myers Park cornerback Camdin Portis, defensive lineman Bryce Perry-Wright, and USC commit Shamar Arnoux have joined Miami following their recent victory.
- Wright is one of the coveted recruits for the 2026 class. He enjoyed his visit to Miami, which made him join them. He loved how they dominated the rivals: “I thought Miami dominated Floridia State. Big rivalry. I thought Miami handles business.” He is also impressed with the atmosphere and the coaching staff. “I feel very good about Miami. “I like it a lot seeing how everyone comes together in Miami to support the team,” he stated after he committed to the Hurricanes. Wright’s statement reflects how much he enjoyed his visit and he looks up to playing for them.
-USC Trojans lost Arnoux! Head coach Lincoln Riley is recruiting at a high level despite 4-4 Big Ten results. However, four-star recruit Arnoux filled his commitment and joined Miami after their 8-1 record. Why not? Mario Cristobal has done some amazing work and he needs all the applause. With that, he also deserves the top athletes in his team. Riley’s team has lost four games so far and if we take a closer look at their schedule, it tells us their offense and defense definitely need some work badly.
Like especially that last paragraph... "with that, he also deserves the top athletes in his team." is not even a sentence and I am unsure what they are trying to say. My guess is this author is looking at the instagram post from Spiegelman that was recruit reaction and the only 3 recruits quoted are Portis, Wright, and Arnoux. But it was just quotes, not commitments.

You may want to update the title and OP to indicate that article claims Spiegelman reported that they committed. At this point, there's no evidence Spiegelman actually reported this.Story was kinda random source,
