Because obviously richt thinks he can coach. Richt is smart enough to know you don't bring coaches for recruiting purposes only.... Go look at the amount of highly recruited kids he had had at American heritage these past few years at any position... Every year they were putting out top level athletes...

i just lose it when Farell....dead *** is laughing in the kids face at the answer an tries to play it off.....I KNOW HE DID...cuz quite honestly i laughed after he said "Ball hog" or whatever he was trying to say.

This was probably one of his first true interviews, he obviously didnt take it that serious, but he will get better at it as the year goes.

Classic Moments:

I have a great relationship with coach at alabama...Which coach?...umm whats his name...****...ummm (This is like the 5th time someone has said this about "CRYSTALL BALL"..(Who is a clown)

This kid killed everything moving..i loved his game..even though he was light in the *** as a lb.
 
Honestly I think the way Mike Farrell conducts interviews is awful, they're sort of a joke to him and you never really get any info from them. Also he messaged me saying that Yahoo will be contacting me about the videos on my twitter page :monkey-serious:

Anytime I hear a DL, Carney, did well and we have a good chance of landing I get excited. I want Wilder, but somebody has to get this kid some vocabulary and speaking help ASAP.

I compared him to telvin too, he'll probably be 230 though
 
The kid has a speech impediment and therefore the way he speaks is not an accurate indication of how smart he is. He will do well and get the help he needs in college.

He's planning on enrolling early. Stop ragging on the kid over an interview.

Allow me to clarify that the interview made me "cringe" because of the dweeb interviewing him not because of the kid's responses.
 
I really don't see anyone ragging him. I see us feeling sorry because his interview sounds like that. He might be real smart but talking like thst nobody would give him the time of day outside of football.

I mean he was trying to say Ball Hard and came out with Ball Hog.
 
Bobby Boucher had a speech impediment and he was one of the best linebackers ever to play college fooseball.

All this. This is the first time some of these kids give camera interviews. They are extremely out of their element and are usually very shy/awkward in front of a camera and in many cases, a history of some speech issue would cause that. You guys ever hear edgerrin James while he was at UM? It was a joke - he couldn't speak. He became much better at it over the years.
