He spiked to many slant routes into the dirt, has happy feet and refuses to step up in the pocket, is totally inconsistent throwing downfield, and cant make any throw that requires touch.

Great win, but Morris is limited.

He drove us 92 yards with 2 min left in the game

When you look at the stats, I think he was over 60% and 400 yds. Solid.

agree but he misses a lot of easy throws. he has been much more careful with the ball though. I hope he can get more consistent with his foot work and mechanics.

Kid is very inconsistent. I think he had a pretty good game today. What drives you NUTS about the kid is that he can make some great plays at times, and other times, make some incredibly stupid mistakes or throws that a high school QB shouldnt even be doing. Things like just standing there aloof while the pocket is collapsing instead of just getting rid of it. Its that inconsistency that makes you want to pull your hair out.

I really hope the kid can put it together. I think he has a cannon of an arm, but its the mental aspect that worries me. He did a good job today and Im very happy for him and give him major props. I just cant shake the feeling that Im watching Jacory with a stronger arm.
