Redding off to fast start at the Opening, talks "surprise" UM commitment

Great interview Stefan, kid looks the part and checks all the boxes, plus some. Stubbs doing a fantastic job thus far recruiting and showing kids he will teach them real, useable skills while at Miami. I know some say they think Redding III could flip, I just have a feeling he’s not really someone who thoroughly enjoys the recruiting process, would rather it be over and done with, so he can get his focus back on his craft.

UM and every other program in the country would want guys like those 3.
Agreed. They don’t particularly win on details, though they are great wrs and do details. They win on burst, suddenness and fluidity in and out of cuts, overall quickness, hands, lean, hops.... Literally 3 of the best wrs to come along in years.

Won’t find many receivers that look better physically than Redding

It’s a pretty good archetype. I hope no one else gets wise to that archetype.

****, this kid has all the tools (including a good head on his shoulders). I highly doubt there are 61 better receivers playing high school football in the 2020 class, 247 might want to update their rankings (Rivals has him 6th).

Rivals usually do a much better job of projecting/evaluating WRs compared to the other recruiting services.
