Malcom Lewis will get better as the season goes along I feel. He needs to regain confidence in his ankle and totally heel from that horrific injury. It's only been about a year for him and he missed a lot of conditioning and weight room time with this injury. I have full confidence in him being able to be really good still down the road.

walford is circa meast. he can block, he can catch and he can YAC.

i doubt that lewis will regain his footing (sorry for the pun). that was a horrific injury

Waters looks like Mr. everything...what you need me to go deep I can do that...over the middle yep got that...short gain done...blocking for duke No problem...

Just depends on our QB playing consistently...

This. Put the ball in their hands! I'm beginning to think Coley, Hurns, Waters, Dorsett and Walford are just deadly. Anyone of them can light you up, PLUS you gotta stop Duke (and Crawford).

If Oline and QB play well, their is not much that can stop us.

Kehoe! Get the absolute best out of your guys and we ROLL!

sandland is a good receiving tight end, he is WOEFUL at blocking. just horrendous, really. I watched one play 7 times on saturday and lol'd each time.
Sandland tries to double a DE with Bunche helping. Bunche moves the DE out of the way, turns around, mushes a LBer.
The DE abuses Beau, makes the tackle.
Bunche loses his mind, screams at Sandland " Block MUTHA****A!!!". I mean it was very audible. Pretty hilarious.

Sums up BS's blocking.

I want this on youtube, ****** LMAO

The transition from big body wr to inline TE has been a tough one for Beau when it comes to blocking. He does alot more catching blocks than anything, He is a big kid and has good weight room strength but needs to bring it to functional strength now. Not sure how long that will take but he struggles to block. Kid seems like a worker, hope he is able to overcome it.

Thats crazy talk. He is essentially a RS FR. I know we have him listed as a Soph but its already been stated that if he ends up needing the extra year (meaning no NFL prospects) then he will use it but for now he's thinking NFL so that says a little about if the kid is mentally gonna shake the injury. He looks fine out there, I just think he needs reps. He was dynamic in the little we saw of him last year and I don't see why he won't get back there.

I think Malcolm Lewis will be fine. Unfortunately for his playing time, his injury allowed the Emergence of Herb Waters, and incoming Stacy Coley (who are both more talented by far)

Dorsett is under appreciated around these parts.

Dude has had at least 1 huge gain in every game so far. And without the one against UF we are likely 3-1 right now.

If all he is is a deep threat on fly routes I'm ok with that.

Sandland might eventually be the best TE but he is no where near what Clive is now. Clive has to be one of the best in the nation

Clive still has too many drops and he goes down too easily sometimes, want to see him run ppl over after contact especially when he outweighs them by 40 lbs, and be more sure-handed, but that said he has all the tools and he looks better this year than last year which means he's making progress.

I mean technically Herb has been sure handed so he could be somewhat considered a possession receiver. Just not under the understanding that possession receivers have to be slow. He could be all around, I would say Dorsett is a burner/big play type with drops every once in a while. Hurns is a true possession receiver in that he has a little above average speed. Herb combines the best of both I believe.

Maybe I'm Crazy, but Waters and Coley the next two years are going to be the best WR duo in the country.

It'll depend on QB play if they actually get to showcase it

Dorsett has played so-so, but he's CAPABLE of being a big-time playmaker. I hope it all starts to click for him because he's freakishly athletic and I want to see big things from him as a fan.

hmmmm..... i'm not sure i've seen Clive drop balls at the point of it being "too many" Honestly i've seen him do nothing but catch every open ball being thrown at him.

and he has broke a number of tackles getting tough YAC as well.

LOL you're on a roll tonight....

Dorsett is already a "big-time" playmaker.... he doesnt get a lot of opportunities b/c there is only 1 ball to go around.

Imo he's not freakishly athletic at all, he's just extremely talented.

Uh, dude is the fastest player on our team and he's not freakishly athletic? Maybe we have different ideas of what athletic is. All I can tell you is this is one guy Swasey was raving about so yeah he's pretty much as athletic as they come.

I don't want to rip on Dorsett because dude adds another dimension to our offense and he has made some plays but I think he's capable of a lot more than what we've seen so far this year. Example I'd like to see more on punt returns from him

maw i dont want to see anything on Punt returns from Dorsett honestly.... other guys on the team are naturally better at it then he is.

In regards to being "athletic".... Dorsett is athletic, he's just not freakishly athletic.

Speed is just one part of what it takes to be "freakishly athletic" imo

I'm of the opinion that Dorsett isn't freakishly athletic.
He's just really fast.

Duke, AQM, Figatron, Bush, Coley are freakishly athletic.
