I’ve been distraught at how much this guy deserved to be in the playoffs and was denied because our defense couldn’t simply be average. I sure hope we overhaul the defense and upgrade with quality starters starting with CBs.

He’ll be a first rounder cause it’s a terrible QB draft.

I love Cam for what he did with us but to think he is a sure fire all pro is laughable. His best aspect is that he can buy some time in pocket and his intermediate passing game (accuracy, time to release, and anticipation) are good

Has a lot of bad in his game and those highlight plays he makes in college will be far less in pros

He will be better than Anthony Richardson but worse than Kyler Murray is my guess

Who said he’d be a sure fire “all-pro”? I don’t have a dog in this fight but QBs go high every year because it’s the most important position in the game and everyone needs a good one.

My assumption is that the tone of the discussion from you was that Cam isn’t good enough to be a first round draft pick not that he’d be a first round pick but not an All-Pro.

I really don’t care about pulling receipts because people can pull receipts all day here on everything and everyone, myself included, but the thread was started by someone who takes receipt pulling seriously so here we are. And since we’re here, “first round pick but not an all-pro” wasn’t the standard set, rather, it was that he wouldn’t be a 1st round pick.

I really don't pull receipts, just the two fellas who argued with me ad nauseum stuck with me. And I had no receipts to pull. Don't save that stuff, lol.i agree, we all say things that are receipt worthy . Go Cam!

Who said anything about all pro?? And show me tape of Kyler in college where he threw the ball anywhere near Cam.

Yeah I have a thing about negativity during a game. But what does that have to do with my post celebrating Cam as a first rounder and calling out those who argued he is not. Simple.

Blame the defense, but yea blame the defense he put together so yea it actually does fall on him. So far he’s not great with secondary evals
