Realistic Dline recruiting

We need to as a staff of course need to be more creative with our recruiting effort. When I say that I don’t just mean taking “2 or 3 star hidden gems” I’m talking about hitting up jucos every single year for at minimum 1 kid at DT/DE and be going through back channels if they hear any kids are wanting to transfer out like a Gerald Willis type

Going forward our trenches need to be of course preferably through high school seniors but we need to start locking in Juco and grad candidates every year

Al ******* golden and dortio left a decent Dline room to coach kool and those boys had **** product on tape to offer

This staff has hit on joe jack, Garvin and from what we heard Greg Rousseau. Along with pat bethel who’s quality. And big silv. I like ford to but he was raw, I’ll give him a year. Still will have Bogle, u never know but he’s trending our way.

November 17, 2007 I believe Louisiana Monroe was then football sub-bowl subvision won 14-21 at Bama. They were 4-6 going into the game and Bama was 6-4. We're not that good either. Willis masked a lot of weaknesses that we have at DT. Without him the position is extremely pedestrian.

Word up here in miserable Kentucky is JJ is a silent to UK. This has nothing to do with last nights game, the family loves CMR but as everybody knows his mom doesn’t want him far away. Plus UK having the best season since....**** my whole life is playing a big factor. But if anybody knows we know silents don’t mean ****

Kul just beat out Simpson for a recruit. He didn't suck that bad...That narrative is spread way to much around here. Simpson hasn't proven anything recruiting wise....he showed me he can coach a bit though.

Hes from Deerfield Beach..why waste time...you kind of answered your own question. He has an Oregon offer as well. I wouldn't expect him with those front running coaches around.

And regardless, you offer the kid anyway. He's one of the best DT's in South Florida. We offered other Deerfield kids.

Just a bunch of jaded girls around here. Kul brought in some pretty talented dudes, but most importantly, he got the most out of them. Nick Saban going after the guy tells you all you need to know.
