Not sure if Ray even wants to coach, but I’d hire him as LB coach in a heartbeat. Recruiting alone would be worth it. Doesn’t even need to do anything but the in home. He’d lock it up with 1 meeting.

Ray would be a **** of a recruiter. I remember him doing an interview once talking about coaching and he was saying how it’s hard to tell someone else to do something you do instinctually. I think the conversation was surrounding former players becoming coaches and it not being as easy as it seems etc etc

Yea he may be able to recruit well, if he does coach we will see. He needs the logo as well and the schools clout to take it to that next level though.
