They do not offer scholarships. They took a stand a long time ago that all scholarships would be based on academically qualified students in need of financial aid, but there is a gray area.
Recently, some Ivys have become far more generous in their financial aid packages (there are some where if you fall below a certain income you graduate debt free), and a bit more lax with academic standards for athletes. As a result if you are a student with decent grades/scores you can get what is essentially a scholarship, even if its not called that exactly.
Its probably not enough to field a top 25 football team, but it can get you a decent basketball team...
