I agree Joecane. Well said. Kids trying to go to Bama and LSU know that there are only so many spots and they have to make their (private) commitment to the coaches firm so they'll know who they have. **** even Gall's big dominating Cane behind all the way up in Ohio could see this and commented on it.

Having said that, it would not surprise me one iota if on NSD Robinson elects to be a Cane after having told the coaches at LSU that he's definitely going to be a Tiger. The difference is WE ARE THE HOMETOWN TEAM and LSU is playing in our backyard.

And this the type of thing Golden is trying to put an end to with the Kirkland thing. ****ing LSU tells a south Florida kid to not take visits and he doesn't, meanwhile our supposed feeder school has Thomas skip our biggest weekend to go to USC and tells Kirkland it's ok to string us along to the very end because, unlike LSU, apparently we are a big joke.
