But the new Florida Law is that you can transfer to any HS you want to so its not like he was violating anything.

Not so. The bill hasn't been signed into law yet. Looks like it will be. Regardless, it doesn't take effect until July 1, 2016

A few of my former classmates (Norland) transfered to HML..so I wouldn't be suprised if he really did live in Norwood/Miami Gardens.
Norwood kids sometimes go to CC or Miramar over Norland for football but never seen someone jump from HML to CC to Norland...
Bit if this dude is smart...When it comes to academics and how difficult it is to get good grades GPA....HML>CC>Norland...It's possible that he switched to norland to have the easiest road to raising his GPA since classes there (when I went at least) are extremely easy to pass.
