I want those green helmets with white over green. Those, and the stormtroopers are the only road unis we need.

When presented with the choice of the orange helmet they picked or the green one in the video, yes I'll take the green.

Would I take a green helmet as anything more than a once a year type thing? Nope.

After seeing the players' reactions, and reading the comments on CIS, mark my words: Green helmets make a surprise appearance @least once in the next 2 years.

I agree. I think we will see them at some point this year.

I thought the Klam was on the new jerseys


Looks like they modified the Klam and only the ibis portion of it was included. Looks dope

It's the Klam in totality. Hard to pick it out because the differences in color are muted, but, if you look on the pants, it's definitely it.


I mean, Nike only put it on the jerseys six god**** times. Too bad they didn't try for a 7th, I think one could've gone over the crotch area of the pants.


What's funny is that Nike co-owns the rights to the 'Klam' so they have a vested interest in forcing it on us, they can use it on their apparel, other companies can't, and apparently the athletic department is filled with dumb mother****ers that are okay with this.
 
Players seem to like the smoke the best. All I think of is the VT game. I hope they play better in it next time since they like it.

I think the way they incorporated the ibis looks dope. I don't see how anyone can complain about the jerseys. They meet the request of the old school 'Cane fan as well as the fan who wanted the more up to date styles. It's literally the best of both worlds.
 
I think the green helmets will make an appearance most likely in 2015. With the way everyone has reacted about them so far....the administration would be stupid to not throw those into our already fricken cool set of combinations. Simply put it will once again "change the game" because those things are dope.

There's an ibis in there somewhere? I see a clam rotating at cyclonic speeds.


BTW, I can see how someone can complain about the jerseys, because:


A. They're more of the same from Nike, a blatant cash grab of a mass-produced design, the only thing unique about them other than the 'U' is a logo owned in part by Nike.

B. They ugly. In fact, our traditional orange and whites are ugly as ****. I tend to favor the smoke or green because they don't have those blocky clavicle stripes.
