He would’ve lost the job to Ewers if he’s as good as people think. Haynes is an average to above average P5 QB. They will never win anything big with him. Ewers could’ve been someone who took them over the top.

Not legal in an NIL contract, can't be any provisions related to performance. They're fully guaranteed for the term of the contract unless broken by a morals clause that might be included.
