guys get so upset and neg you when you dont hold Duke in the highest of esteems like they do. look, i love him because he plays for MY team, but here's the facts though:

1) duke didnt do anything against better comp
2) duke thereby feasted on subpar comp
3) and that's okay....
4) for them saying Duke is the second coming, they all only predict between 1-1500 yards rushing for him this year. If he is the once-in-a-lifetime back(and i hope he is for OUR sakes and for YOUR sanity) then you should be predicting between 2-2500 yards.

just meditate and pray on these things

team effort Jake kicks the opening Kick off out of bounds ...Eduardo fumbles on our first drive when we were moving the ball , Stephen scared to death getting sacked every other play.....Oline was trucked by 4 guys all day..would not expect a true Frosh his 2nd game to be the GUY......total team effort including coaches

1) Caring about negging = Charmin soft
2) Duke was out all week with turf toe during FSU.. was playing half speed
3) Can't exactly stick to the running game down 28 points at halftime (KSU)
4) Our gameplan was to expose ND weak secondary, not run (would've worked if PD could catch that night) After that, refer back to #3.
5) None of Miami's HOF backs ran for anywhere near 2000 yards, much less 2500.

1) That's okay...
2) because you're entertaining...
3) most of the time.

If you don't understand about abandoning the run when down big then I can't help you.. (or the fact that KSU had more than double the TOP against Miami.. but I guess that Duke's fault as well)
