Why is everyone convinced on Beck? He declared in a weak draft - I know Cam did it but is the norm now we allow a QB to go pro then over negotiate to get them out?

Bc there aren’t too many other realistic options left lol we’re scrambling on the board rn

Beck sucked with a healthy elbow. Now his elbow is broken. Why the **** would be begging a crappy QB with a broken throwing arm to come be our QB. There have been several other dudes that entered the portal that I would have rather had and most were probably a **** of a lot cheaper

- He's a 3rd rd or worse pick
- He's done w/UGA
- He can make $2-5M playing another year in college and potentially improve to 1st/2nd rd

plus if he were to go somewhere, on top of us having the above to sell him on and dawson/ward recency bias... his gf went to the university of miami and presumably still lives here

2023 beck and a competent DC wins us the ACC and maybe even a few playoff games

**** with a good DC, 2024 Beck might do the same

we either have an agreement already with Ewers, or the staff for some god-forsaken reason, has chosen to go into next year with emory/nickel

because we missed on mateer and it's clear we haven't made an effort on anyone else

If it is Ewers they a ***ed because Texas could go to national championship game and Miami last date to add drop classes I believe is before that so that could be impossible

Beck is not returning to College & hitting the Portal.

Ward declared for Draft beginning of January. He was committed to play in Shrine Bowl. He didn’t hire NFL Agent. And we all know he changed his mind and went to Miami.

Now, someone said Milroe hired an Agent. Is it NIL or NFL Agent?

2023 Beck was one of the best quarterbacks in the country

2024 Beck is still a million times better than what we have and way better than anything in the portal

If you’re just a hater of UGA that’s fine, but if that’s your ACTUAL take then idk if you know ball
