QB Murphy along six Gators are to transfer.

I hate the Gators as much as anyone, but this move is actually a positive for them. Have to get rid of the dead wood to make room.

having more ships to bring in more freshmen isn't always a good thing. it doesn't bode well for near future success and if you don't succeed, you won't here.

Muschamp to Florida = Coker to Miami

More like Randy. Urban had already left damaged goods after NCs-- like Coker. Muschump is the idiot who came in to finish them off. Zook was their Butch. Let's hope they give Muschump a contract extension before they fire him.

This Coker had us running stale but with the right coaching hire we woulda been balling again

Radio facked us up and threw us in the toilet with the flush being the "cloud"

@RobbieAndreu: "Tyler Murphy interest in transferring to either Louisville or Boston College, but UF would block both transfers."

Pathetic. Not only is Muschamp a terrible coach, he is also a huge douchebag.

Couldnt happen to a nicer program. All those cats looking to transfer should have to stay and eat that **** sandwich.

Wow. This is like seeing a lit cigarette turn into a forest fire. Epic. And...fun. Let's watch.

If, as an earlier poster claimed, these guys were just so much dead weight why would Muschump care where they went? Unless he's just a douche as suggested above.

LOL at blocking BC. What a douchebag.
For real. Unless Addazio is some big threat to them in recruiting it's one of the more petty things I've ever seen.

Notice both Louisville and BC have HC's who were former gator coordinators that likely helped recruit those players. Odds are that they were already speaking sweet words to these guys during the season at their old stomping grounds and Muschamp found out and was probably not too happy. This imo would easily tell me why Muschamp would block those 2 schools.

The coaches shouldn't be allowed to block a transfer to ANYWHERE. Period. Unless, that is, they want to let the players start putting restrictions on where they can go coach.

Word on the skreet is it could be Major Applewhite to UF as OC, with LArry Porter to coach RBs. Applewhite flamed out at Bama, did just ok at Rice, and was worse than Harsin this year (albeit with injuries). UF getting worse by the minute?

If you see tweets that say #Gators QB Tyler Murphy has transfer restrictions, they are false. Murphy can transfer to school of his choice.

The problem is recruiting season on a player would never end, even after he is at a school. Let's say true freshman sweet *** qb has a great year. You know someone is going to try to buy him. he transfers to that school unless the coach can block him. Add to that these kids enter a commitment for a school. Everyone acts like its free to get a commit to go to a school and then the recruit just makes the school money. What people forget is it costs a lot of money to get these players to the school even if he did not get paid under the table. These kids are an investment for the school. They are not going to let their investment get away that easy.

we have some dead weight we can get rid of too that is for sure. You think they are going to make room on the team for this years and next years class that is loaded?
