Most OL are 2-3 years away. Anez Cooper came in rated lower than alot of the guys we are after and played immediately. Because he was physciallly ready which most of the players we after are as well.
I am alluding to the trend mentioned by Dmoney and Pete where the NFL draft success rate on the OL is highly correlated to recruiting rankings.

The rosters for both the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs are great examples of how many players who were ranked as three-star prospects and below can have great careers in the NFL. Likely 2022 MVP Patrick Mahomes was a three-star recruit, while Travis Kelce was a two-star recruit and his brother Jason wasn’t ranked at all.
