2023 QB Emory Williams is Locked in

Cat Wow GIF
That was baby face Cribby . I was on my scorned Rashada tip. The guy was invited to the elite 11 so somebody saw something in him.

Btw I could’ve said he was better than Arch like some of y’all’s YT hero’s .

🤣🤣 We all miss sometime

“A developmental quarterback prospect with the traits that everyone covets these days. Measured roughly 6-foot-4, 190 pounds summer before senior season and oftentimes looks the biggest player in his huddle. Owns a live arm and isn’t one that struggles to put pace on the ball. Quicker release usually allows him to stay on schedule. So does a sturdy base and cleaner footwork. Has operated primarily out of a single-back spread attack on Friday nights and found plenty of success in that type of system, averaging just over 240 yards passing his first full year as a starter. Should be categorized as more of a pocket passer than anything else at this stage in his development, but has flashed the ability to move the chains with his legs in certain situations, and was actually a district qualifier in the 110 and 300-meter hurdles as a tenth grader. Will need to keep evolving as a decision maker and learn how to process complex college defenses that will disguise pressure and coverages, but has the tools to eventually emerge as a starter at the Power Five level with some coaching and seasoning. Biggest thing moving forward might be just learning how to consistently win games and figuring out how to become an X-factor on offense.”

This is Mr Ivins and we know their opinions means everything. I said above average arm he said “ live arm”. Live arm means good arm lol.

Btw there’s a lot of Arch Manning posts that could get bumped after next season lol. Some real scalding hot takes. I’m not Mr bump guy, everyone lays a **** but it would be entertaining.

Anyone got any highlights on Emory from this year?

I was watching this breakdown from a Gator fan from earlier this year. Kid makes some pretty nice throws in here

One day you guys are going to stop watching highlights of kids, where all of their highlights make them look like superman...I posted games of this guy, it was obvious to see if you watched the games...

There was some highlights I remember where he was making some good throws on the run

It must have been AI
What’s wild is anyone that’s been at practice raves about him. From players , coaches and fans. The ball doesn’t touch the ground. When he gets in games he looks absolutely terrified . He also moved pretty well in his highlights and here he looks like he’s dragging one of Paranos girls on his back. Was AI even being used back then ? It had to be AI. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it.

Well there’s guys making millions of dollars that has the same hit rate as idiotic posters on a message board . I mean Anthony Richardson went in the top five of the draft and Ray Charles could see he was a bum.

Do you think Cam will be good in the NFL? I don't. He's a back up. Giants probably going to take him. If I owned the Giants, I'd fire the GM for drafting Cam so high. I see Johnny football all over again...minus the drugs.

I think he’ll be one extreme or the other . An absolute rock star or complete bust. Nothing in between. I like him more than Shadeur but I think both have some of the same issues. Holding on to the ball too long , being careless and sloppy mechanics at times .

We might see it again with Milroe. He goes to the combine and runs a 4.3 .
Off topic: What are you hearing about a big donor about to pump a bunch of money into UM fb?

The issue he doesn’t see his second or third wr . Example trader wide open for a touchdown across the middle . The lb was trying to cover him . He forced a home run ball into double coverage instead

He stares guys down and won’t come off sometimes then misses easy check downs that could’ve been ten yard gains. That’s why his sacks were so high at WSU. They had a suspect OL but he doesn’t help the situation . Him and Sanders are very comparable.

Agree. He doesn't see the field. I don't think he's very accurate either. I also think he left a ton of yards on the field by not running or running out of bounds too soon.

This is why I said a qb like Cali had now Washington state guy who just went in the portal with our ol they could help win 10 plus games .especially if they’re willing to run more than Cam
