More mobile, less dumb, not as accurate and not as strong of an arm. Howard is an above average ACC quarterback. Maybe that's enough to get us to 9 or 10 wins. Cam Ward puts us in the playoff discussion. He's more elite in every category except he does hold the ball too long sometimes.
