I may be under informed, but I just get a sense that this is taking way too long. If the money is offered, he’s not visiting or other known offers absent, and he allegedly knows his NFL projections, why hold up everything?

Maybe he’s actually still torn about the NFL and doesn’t want to rush his decision. Or he doesn’t love the opportunity at Miami and is waiting until after the dead period to take more visits. It could be any number of reason. Miami has the option to move on—seems that our approach and inability to seal the deal is the problem, not Ward.
