Let me get this right. Miami has a win now mindset and they are chasing Malachi Nelson who never started a game vs a seasoned veteran who they can actually win now with. I am all for signing Moore or Nelson, but that is after they sign the seasoned vet to win next season.

Any talk about Moore/ Nelson is useless, we need a proven commodity to start this year, not some former 5star that hasn’t proven to be good yet.

Yea we don't have the numbers but it seems like any big $ should go to a proven QB and then you stack 3* out of HS or recruit former 5* out of the portal on the discount.

$2 mill for 1 year of a guy who is proven to be good enough to be the difference in a playoff game is worth than $700k + for a HS commit from a guy who may suck and who may transfer before he plays for you anyway.

I don’t have previous issues with him. I don’t care if they ask questions. There’s a difference between that and showing up acting like a snide prick to resources a free Board especially needs.

I've warmed up to KJ Jefferson as a fallback, but I think he's already got his destination.

Funny thing is i dont know why FSU wants DJ. Seems like KJ Jefferson could be such an easy replacement Jordan Travis lite. Both can run but KJ is a little more inaccurate and a bit less elusive than Travis.

Feels like Travis to DJ is a completely different look and feel to the offense.

If Howard was actually ready to commit to us and we instead waited on Cam and he doesn’t end up signing with us, that’s an epic failure. But, we don’t know if that’s what the situation was and we will probably never truly know.

That's what I'm thinking for it makes you wonder why go thru Hassel of paying big money for a HS guy 5 star guy who might leave after a year when you can find a proven transfer to give the money to

KJ Jefferson is underrated, IMO. He has flaws but considering he plays for Arkansas, it’s pretty impressive what he’s done.

He’d do very well in the ACC.
