The ONLY unforgivable sin in punt returns is fumbling. Those are game changers, and send coaches to the unemployment office.

Richt's red flags:

-Berrios and Lewis returning kicks

-sticking with Linder at center until his body broke

-offensive gameplans in the month of October

-using a fullback

You're being kind w/r/t richt' offense.

It stunk for most of the year. ****, even the early part of the bowl game was really bad.

I'm willing to chalk this up to a lack of speed/talent, even though we had Njoku and Coley.

Let's see what he does with a QB who can move around, guys like Homer, Thomas, Harley, Mullins in the mix.

Obviously, what we saw for most of last season from CMR the playcaller wasn't good enough, but there was a clear lack of speed to work with imo.

Part of it was the poor offensive line play. Don't forget we couldn't get on track in many instances without keeping 7 or 8 guys back for pass-protection.. Another year of MAT drills, S&C, a more mobile QB, and new talent will do wonders for the O-line play and overall offensive production.
