Pro day updates

Well, we can see what these kids have been working on since the combine. **** they are shaving big time off those 40 times. Especially Carter. A 4.6 is **** good for him.

Njoku with a 40 inch vert at pro day today

What was his combine vert? I remember being not very impressed

37.5 vert that's elite for any player Especially for a tight end
Njoku overall had elite combine numbers outside of his 40 regardless of postion

He probably was comparing him to OJ Howard who I think surprised alot of folks with his combine numbers. I hate Bama, but that dude showed out in Indy.
Njoku vert was 7.5 inches higher than Howard who only jumped a 30 inch vertical. Other than the 40 njoku numbers were about the same or better in most categories than Howard

Njoku has longer arms, too, which also neutralizes Howard's height advantage.

Coley ran a 4.35 and 4.33. Njoku 2nd 40 was a 4.58.

Looking forward to seeing Coley do good things in the NFL. He definitely has coaches attention now after that 40, now they will go back and actually watch his tape and will realize he is very talented. Hopefully this moves him into the low 2nd/3rd round

Also, another underrated aspect of his game is his hands. Dude doesn't drop it.

I know he opted not to run it at the combine, and it had nothing to do with his game, but I'd love to see what Kaaya's 40 is.

Did Pete just say that Colbert ran a 4.25. Oh yea, he's going to be in someone camp in the fall. Reminds me of Sam Shields Pro Day!
