In addition to those West Coast options, Williams also intends to speak with the Miami Hurricanes under the direction of first-year coach Mark Richt, who knows Williams somewhat from recruiting Williams at his previous stop as head coach at Georgia.

The outlier of the group is the University of Hawaii, the only non-Power 5 school among Williams’ top choices.

However, sources indicate that Williams is interested in, obviously, a coastal destination as well as the fashion industry. He’s done some amateur modeling in the past.

Lastly, per a junior college source familiar with admissions and rules, Williams can attempt to follow the recent path of Alabama transfer Blake Barnett, who also is another notable midseason transfer having just left the Tide a few weeks ago.
