Bottom line the NCAA fell victim to Shapiro Just as UM did, what other proof do they need that what allegedly occurred at UM regarding Shapiro and violations was not UM's fault an matter fact beyond UM's control since he is a master manipulator as evidenced by him corrupting the NCAA itself. LMAO

Let's hope for a fast resolution from the NCAA. I expect that they will accept our self-imposed sanctions and close this case. Ironic, that they were the institution that lacked institutional control.
 
This is so fitting. I've said for two years that two things were certain: (1) Shapiro's lawyer would (should) be disbarred, and (2) Donna would expertly handle this investigation. Where are all the idiots who went HAM on Donna a few months ago on this board saying she should be fired for allowing the NCAA to abuse us? Lulz.

Not sure if serious? We SELF-IMPOSED the sanctions to date, based on our OWN findings. The NCAA hasn't penalized us a stitch yet.

As mentioned above, we tell the NCAA we've self-imposed all that we're going to, time has been served. One ******* scholarship reduction and you will cease to exist once our lawyers are finished with your asses.

I think so. It still puts punishment in the past, and was a great pitch to recruits. Still don't know WHAT the NCAA will have on us, even with this stuff excluded.

I just feel bad for the seniors. They deserved better. Well, some of them.
 
Shapiro must be fuming in his cell right now. Probably concocting some more "new evidence" for the NCAA

and he can't use the internet until he pleasures one of the guards
 
Is it safe to say that our lawyers brought this to light? If so, they earned every cent we paid them.

Pretty sure we just lawyered our way out of future sanctions.

From the beginning, counsel has been on-point.
