it was said during the game it wasnt broken, just dislocated.

Disclocations hurt MUCH worse than breaks.

I've done both. It wasn't even close. With a bad dislocation you practically have to be sedated. The body is in fight or flight mode and isn't sure how to get out of it.

Do they administer pain meds almost immediately on the field?
