l get that normally you want to see some give and take between offense and defense

But with who is playing QB I was hoping to see the defense be more dominant

Not overreacting to the reports here just saying in general
It doesn't matter if the OL is beastmode.

I’m kinda surprised this hasn’t been mentioned, but do we need to get a 2nd QB in the Portal? I’m not saying an elite starting level QB, but if Beck isn’t ready or goes down there is no way you trout out Emory in Year 4 of this thing. Mario can’t afford a 7-5 season. I think we need someone who has had some experience/success just in case.

Yeah, we'll need QB2 from the portal. I eventually expect Judd and Emory to transfer.

We're going to need QB1 via the portal again next year.

My ideal would have been to do what Oregon did - sign QB1 in the portal and then stash another QB that would be QB1 in 2 years.

Scared? What? This is an absolutely ludicrous post that I’m not sure if you’re trolling me.

Do you seriously think we have a single player that is going to be at least on par with the HOFers you mentioned?

According to DoucheMoney26, Malachi Toney is ALREADY better than Michael Irving and Andre Johnson...

Second half of the bowl game does not concur...
OL isn’t a slam dunk to me like some are saying

It’s good, potentially great if Bell, McCoy are who the coaches think and Cooper is healthy

Tough to play defense and attack our offense last year with an assassin at QB and our running game

Not saying the OL wasn’t good it was just an amazing group all around on offense

Need some receivers to step up, need a running back to step up, and most importantly need Beck to be great

I’m optimistic but I’m not of the opinion the OL is so dominant that it just makes everything ok

I concur. Lots to replace. OL is at least a bit overrated here.

Let's be honest.

We're all glad Emory was *** in hindsight. No major injuries.

I'm not mad about a useless bowl at all.

If Beck isn't the dude we're ****ed like every single other team in America going to the backup.

Perfect outcome would have been exactly what happened, but we sneak by with the win. Really wanted that 11th win!
