UPDATE POST PRACTICE

Got some good stuff post practice .......ill be uploading all of my sound after 3pm

Some quick notes

-Al told us, what we had reported after the scrimmage at Traz, that Dyron Dye has an Achilles injury. He had surgery and will miss the remainder of spring ball

-Al also let us know that Linder doesn't need surgery for his leg injury..Linder is still on crutches..

-Saw Mongo (feliciano) load into the van they use to take kids to the doctor's office

-Al said SteMo had his best practice of the spring today...said he looked great throwing the deep ball, which they spent a lot of time on today

-Coach Coley said he loves to have the ball thrown down the field..he said he thinks he'll do that more than Fisch did.

-talked to Kehoe...he said Bunche..Feliciano and a few other guys can p,ay all three positions on the line

-Kehoe was glowing when talking about Sonny Odagwu..wait till you hear the sound

-Al said Olsen Pierre is "leaving people in the dust"

-Al talked up Jimmy Gaines...and hinted that they weren't pleased with Denzel's play in the first scrimmage...

More later

The lbs in black were Kirby, Gaines, and Fig

-Al said Olsen Pierre is "leaving people in the dust"

For those who question AG's eye for talent, Pierre was a virtual unknown who was quietly heading to Temple before Golden left to come to UM. Now, he's our most consistent DL and a future 1st-2nd day pick. This guy is going be have a spot all to himself come August.

@D$ - when is CIS getting credentialed? While I appreciate these updates, seeing Feast and CaneInsider mentioned here is irritating.

Exactly, I don't see how it matters who gets the information out, as long as its readily digestible, we should all say thank you and keep it moving.

Working on it.

LMAO....the info leaks out so who cares...use other resources stay in the basement cut n paste..I can live with it

The ends, man. The **** ends. Pierre, Porter, and Robinson are going to be strong up the middle, but the ******* defensive ends are a major concern.

Don't really have any 3 down ends. Chick should definitely be able to hold up in the run game, as should Green, but some folks need to emerge as big time pass rushers, as we have none currently. Hopefully Bond and AQM in the summer will help that.

Because this site was built by the people for the people. CIS epitomizes what its like for fans to disseminate to other fans. It grinds my gears to know that **** tards like Manny and SMD are able to spew their filth with the blessing of the AD, but real fans aren't given the same credentials.

He was pretty undersized when he first got here and it's Example A of how you need grown men on the line. Pierre as a freshman would have been slapped around out there but now he is growing into a beast.

my favorite quote from the day:

"Duke is unbelievably good. And he's getting better" -Coley

idk what's been posted but Kehoe says Sonny Odogwu's hands have a 12" span... the biggest span ever for the football team's history. also says he's got the experience of an 11th grader but is getting reps and experience under his belt now that he's had some practices due to injuries on the line. says he's starting to get a bit sensitive because the honey moon is over. good potential.

Golden said today was one of Morris' best practice in a uniform. throwing the ball well down the field. he's the clear #1. the real battle right now is between Crow and Williams for the 2 spot.

oh, one more. kehoe says the OLine can be something special this year. a lot of guys can play a lot of different positions, and we are just now approaching a full 2-deep on the OLine- something that Golden has wanted since he arrived here.

McDermott is a Cane come 2014! We needed that! Ereck Flowers and McDermott our bookend tackles for years to come!! Love it!
