Possible sign that we're starting to turn the corner

We got no arrests this year though. By this time last year, we had Buchanon being flashy, angry, ****y, and violent. And Jeffrey Brown was rapin' errybody. Even had the 'up in smoke' group. Need someone to step up.

I suspect the OP's intent was to state that we are now at full roster, creating a need for duplicate numbers.
