Position upgrades over last year

QB: Harris was actually good last year but Morris will make our offense more dynamic imo (much stronger arm, good mobility).

I agree man... The hate is ridiculous... The Jacory made big plays all year that I havent seen any qb on our roster make yet... KSU, VT and UVA games are examples... He made a lot of unbelievable plays in those games passing the ball... Actually that BC game wasnt on Harris by himself... He threw 4 pics, I think all of them came in the second half late in the game if I'm not mistaken(around like 7 minutes)... That BC defense caught on to our O after the first couple of possessions... Luke K. and that d were in positions to make plays before they hiked the ball... Too be honest most teams began to catch on to our offense around the last 3 games of the season...

Harris cost us games last year in his inability to get the ball where it needed to be. the QB keeper at home against K state for one. Because Harris had fewer int's doesnt mean he had a great year! The guy was all Miami but he wasn't a prototypical Miami qb. There wasn't a close game if we were behind that i had confidence in us winning. heck most of the time even if we had a small lead with him behind center i never felt comfortable. i can't remember the last team we put away that wasn't BCC or FAMU(and we have struggled with them lately). Our offense has lacked a QB since Berlin left(and Brock only liked playing out of the shotgun). That is a Loooong time. I hope Morris can keep opposing defenses honest because they had no fear of Jacory and would push the safeties up and make it harder for the run and short passing game since that was about all he had the ability to do.

If you were at the game against BC you would have known Harris was trying to throw the ball into a 20mph wind the entire game. It was pointless to throw into that wind on the plays he was trying to make with his noodle arm. He never took the tangibles into consideration when playing. Harris thought he was at NW every game and he can just throw it up to his 6ft+ receiver against a 5-7 corner back and expect them to catch the ball. This wasn't high school and he didn't progress very much while he was here.

Current coaching staff take note never recruit more then 5 players from the same class from the same high school........

What this peanut gallery doesn't understand is Fisch dumbed down the offense for Jacory to limit his INT's. As a result our offensive production suffered.
If OSU DB's didn't have butter fingers and dropped 3 INTS, one a likely pick 6, his INT count would have been more.
Jacory SUCKED. Anyone trying to stick up for Jacory is either his family or extremely ignorant when it comes to judging QBs.

All reports out of camp is DORSETT is blowing up the spot at WR. Athletically he has the skills but what will separate him from TB is mental toughness and focus. NIght and day compared to the lost in space Benjamin.

BC was playing in the same wind too and they had no problem moving the ball in the air or on the ground. Im sorry for those defending JHarris in the BC game but it was indefensible. He play like crap. Don't get me started with the 3 delay of games and two timeouts we had to call cuz JHarris couldnt get the guys out of the huddle and snap the **** ball. Editing that footage was sooo dammm painful!

And yet it was Jacory who threw for 3 TDs against a top 10 defense in VT, while Morris couldn't throw a single TD against one of the worst defenses in the country against Maryland. But yea, clearly it was Jacory who had to have the offense dumbed down for him.

jacory wasn't playing with a team that had multiple suspensions..... actually jacory was one of those suspensions so another reason for a loss from him. please jacory didn't have it physically and barely had enough mentally. i never doubt jacory being a miami player but i do question his work ethic and abilities. thanks goodness for the NW coddled players leaving.

stat, i know BC was throwing in the same wind but they weren't throwing hail Marys down the field like his dumb *** was when open route receivers were open all game underneath. i sat there thinking this is how the season is going to end for my the ****ed off fan. watching his dumb *** throw multiple INT's. they were INT's that weren't great plays by BC defense. **** our crappy DB's last season might have actually intercepted those had they been thrown like that.

It truly baffles the mind how we have Cane fans still defending Jacory as a QB.
Morris can end up sucking donkey dong but that still is no reason to keep on defending Jacory's QB skill.s NONE.

maybe since the DT position appears to be better and at least the will be slowed down a little. Spence was a very good player and very reliable. he had his moments that made you scratch you head but for the most part he was solid.

I can see perryman being better because of an upgraded line and more solid secondary.
