This is definitely the guy if you want someone who can be our long term starter. He's not coming as QB2, he would need to be our main guy. Pair him with a FCS QB as his backup.
he's going to have a learning curve...he has tools...just not much experience and a nearly 50% td to int ratio. This is definitely the guy if you want someone who can be our long term starter. He's not coming as QB2, he would need to be our main guy. Pair him with a FCS QB as his backup.
Yup, really struggled as a true freshman. Dorian Thompson did as well, his first season with chip Kelly. For 2024 success he's not the best option, but if you want a QB you can build around for the next 3 years or so, he's the guy. It would be awesome if he would come and redshirt in 2024 but I don't see that happening.he's going to have a learning curve...he has tools...just not much experience and a nearly 50% td to int ratio.

Just an FYI…not impressed with him as a playcaller.Something to monitor for MendozaView attachment 268638
MSU seems like a perfect scenario for him if DJU goes there. Although, us and the coaches should want him here, badly... and think there's a recruiting relationship from last year.UCLA QB Dante Moore to enter the transfer portal

Mendoza would be a great QB 2.Something to monitor for MendozaView attachment 268638
QB1 NIL to be a QB2
Is he in the portal? 71 TD's to 22 int's the past two years.Don't know if he's already been mentioned but keep your eye on Austin Reed from WKU. Miami is his dream school.
