Why are we surprised and upset? Poff was never a P4 QB prospect and never should have been signed.

We only had the #1 offense in the entire country, and you're suggesting to take out our heisman caliber QB to "put Poff in there and run a fake"

Wtf are you guys smoking? Complain just to complain? Like do you guys watch other offenses that score less and you're like that's what we need to do?

What other team did you see take put their heisman caliber starter to run a fake with the backup?

Granted I was on a tizzy, but Cam doesn't play on special teams. he's our QB not our punter or kicker. Poff is a plus athlete, find a way to use him. Having a fake kick package with him running or throwing is not crazy. There are teams in the top 5 whose returns for TDs, blocked kicks and fakes total 10+. What is our total? I bet it's the lowest in the Top 25. Why?

Were you saying to have Puff act like the punter and pass the ball?

And you want puff to block field goals?

I'm not disputing our special teams don't make plays, I agree. I'm just incredibly confused at the complaining about not using puff for these scenarios....

Depends on the portal guy. I think a lot of people are sleeping on Emory. He’s not Cam(no one is)but I think his development time has been well used. I think with the line Mario will put together and the RB room, Miami should be able to have a good offense with a competent passer who doesn’t commit a ton of turnovers. Emory can do that. That said, Miami should also be looking at dynamic guys, because every position can be upgraded.

I will continue to sleep on him, I like him as an "elite human being" cause I think he is.....but about on the field performance I dont like him as our starter. I just think this is a case of the fan base liking the bench QB like every forum. Giants fans liked that Devito mafia kid but some fans like myself know hes ***. If Emory is our guy next year expect a bad season IMO......sorry @JHallCanes lol

If Poff would’ve blocked 4 or 5 extra-points vs Syracuse, Miami probably wins the game and is in the playoff today.

Wild mismanagement by Mario.

Puff could've blocked an XP or two. Returned a punt for a td. And on that last field attempt of the game, if we replace Borregales with Puff, fake them out for a td. Easy money.
