I have a simple suggestion for those who don't like Eric. Just block him. It takes just as many clicks as opening a thread you know he started. It's far less clicks than whatever dumbass reply you come up with trying to insult the young guy.

I did a lot of stupid things post-high school. Congratulating guys that go to UF, FSU, Bama and spurn the local team wasn't one of them.

He's been told by this fanbase multiple times (last year with CJ Henderson) that congratulating these kids for ****ing over Miami wasn't a good look - especially for a Canes writer.

A quick proofread, or even letting someone else proofread it would be a good idea so a JOURNALIST doesn't look like he was in jobes pull out class program. These grammar errors aren't helping his portfolio in any way. it shows sloppiness and impatient tendencies that have already been addressed in 80% of the work he puts out and still have yet to be corrected. If he was just a poster then who cares but if he really wants to pursue this career he's got alot of things to fix.

And that's the problem with this generation...mediocre is not good enough, never has been, never will be...no 10th place trophies. No one great ever achieved greatness through "good enough." I appreciate the work the young man is putting in, but ****, use MS Word or someone to proof read his work!!! He is in journalism, not medicine where grammar goes out the window for brevity and time management. As a digital journalist, your work is who you are. If you are half-*** in typing up your work, than you are likely half-*** in validating your sources and stories.
