OL is a crapshoot anyway...so I would be intrigued by the guy that is essentially a 6'9" power forward too. Why not? We actually have pretty good depth here right now, this is when you take a shot on this type of kid. And for all the Symonnette comps...STOP. He was always grotesquely overweight. Always. He couldn't walk around.

I will venture forth, having seen almost nothing, that Kehoe probably LOVES the height / body comp / athleticism blend along with the work ethic and personality. Probably sees a blank slate with a MASSIVE ceiling and little risk.

beast monster. looks much different after a year of prep than he did as a HS SR. If this kid has any athletic ability/good feet, he can be a monster. I didnt want him in the class before, but after seeing this picture, I'm in. He looks nothing like Symonette (who always looked like the Michelin Man). He is 6-8 300+ of pure muscle

Yeah, that line of thinking applied to the previous staff. Golden and his staff so far seem like pretty good evaluators. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt until I see reason not to.

I'm not a big Kehoe fan....as far as his coaching and Evals..but i would trust him on this Odogwu kid.

1,) We have some young guys at the tackle spot logging minutes, and we shirted a tackle last year. So we have some talent and he isnt a guy that we actually NEED to see clock next year.
2.) Down the pike we have a stud tackle locked in..(Trevor Darling) and Mcdermott is a lock more than likely..so thats a left and right tackle..from what ive seen from both...Kehoe cant even messed those two up..those guys can play
3.)Kid is raw......He has NO bad habits...Kehoe loves projects..because he can mold them into what he wants...this guy is the prototype for him...add to it hes an african kid who is just soaking everything in...Kehoe can tell dude to hit the sled for 3 hours and he wouldnt blink an eye most likely.

a class of Gall, Knighton, Odogwu , and one of Kirkland/Josh Outlaw is BEASTLY imo..combined with what we have on tab the following year.
