Player Led Practice

People might not think this is a big deal but it’s huge. I posted a couple years ago UGA players would watch film immediately after winning games. While our players were losing games and fighting to get out the locker room to get to the club first.
Yup and Also sums up why redding is playing more, he seems to have taken on a leadership role.

i'm disappointed with any woman that wanted to sleep with any of our players over the last 15+ years

Redding is becoming a leader. He is catching the ball and looks healthy for the first time in his career. Good for him. Watching him run reminds me of these

This is honestly incredible... huge if true.

I still remember the 48-0 Virginia loss during the last game at the Orange Bowl... after the game a bunch of players were shooting beer pong in the Sigma Chi house like nothing happened. I knew then and there that we'd never win under Shannon.

This sense of accountability and culture of going above and beyond is the foundation to championship teams.
I think people make too much of stories like that. There's nothing wrong with blowing off steam after a loss, as long as you get to work afterwards. I remember during the 2004 ALCS fans got upset because Johnny Damon, Big Papi, and someone else went out to dinner after a loss that put the Red Sox down 3-1. All of us in here would do something to blow off steam after a bad day.

That being said, i love, love, LOVE what the team is doing after a win but knowing they have some things they need to work on. That's what you like to see.

Part of why I was so excited when Shannon brought in that northwestern class. Spence, jacory and forston were leading their own practices after all the Easterling stuff.
Mannnnn...I'm talking
Ed Reed
Webster
Al Blades
Sean Taylor Led practices. And F around and not show up if you want. @Brooklyndee was part of those practices, and let's be honest. Practices (even on GreenTree) back then, we're alot more Savage than today's practices. They made today's game look like a walk in the park.

This should've been pounded into their heads from jump...
Agree but with passed admins the culture has been so far off the norm has been below mediocre. We’ve pounded mediocrity in their heads that the reality of greatness is not known by them

It took you that long to figure out Shannon was toast?
