Let's be real. Miami has has a dysfunctional and broken culture for a long time. Mario knows what is needed to elevate this program and he will not come off that. Not one inch. There will be casualties along the way. Book it.

I still remember the 48-0 Virginia loss during the last game at the Orange Bowl... after the game a bunch of players were shooting beer pong in the Sigma Chi house like nothing happened. I knew then and there that we'd never win under Shannon.

This sense of accountability and culture of going above and beyond is the foundation to championship teams.

People might not think this is a big deal but it’s huge. I posted 2-3 years ago UGA players would watch film immediately after winning games. While our players were losing games and fighting to get out the locker room to get to the club first.
