There's a point of diminishing returns in this facilities game. Once you get really good facilities, which is what the Schwartz Center will be, you're all set. You don't need Tony Montana soaking tubs for everyone and douche holders. Some think that the cushy situation at Texas with all their amenities and bells and whistles has helped make that program the soft *****made program it is.
